How can I reserve a private/ Semi private boat trip?

What about hotel transfers to/from the boat?
Scheduled & Joined Trips: Transfers to and from your accommodation on Koh Samui are included in our prices, and you will enjoy a comfortable ride in our air-conditioned minivans.
Private Charters: Transfers from and to your accommodation are excluded in our charter prices. The prices depend on the location of the accommodation.
Please note: In situations where certain accommodations on Koh Samui are situated on steep hills not accessible by minivan, well arrange an alternative meeting or drop-off point as close as possible to your lodging.
Are there any hidden costs when I book a trip?
No, there are no concealed expenses. Our prices cover all applicable sales tax and service fees. Any extra costs not encompassed in the price are explicitly outlined on our product details pages. For example, the entrance fee to Angthong National Marine Park is paid separately to park officials.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept international bank transfers, cash payments, and Credit Card Payments.
How and when can I pay the outstanding balance?
Balance payment is required at the latest 24 hours before the departure of your charter or joined trip.
Can I go to Ang Thong National Marine Park on a half-day charter cruise?
Regrettably, isnt possible to reach and enjoy Angthong National Park on a half-day cruise. Wed need a whole day for the Ang Thong Marine National Park cruise to really soak in all the wonders of the park.
What happens if the weather is bad on my booked day?
If the weather on the day of your scheduled tour leads to unsafe and unenjoyable conditions, we will notify you of the trips cancellation or propose rescheduling for another day. Its important to note that in the case of light rain without strong winds or big waves, tours will proceed as it does not impede a safe and enjoyable experience.
Whenever feasible, we will provide the option to reschedule your booked tour to an alternate date. If rescheduling is not possible or if weather conditions prevent an alternative cruise date, a full refund of your payment will be issued.
Can I start my trip a bit later/earlier?
Kindly be aware that the start time for our half-day charters are fix and cannot be altered. Should you wish to adjust the timing for a half-day charter, a surcharge will be applicable.
Regarding scheduled day trips, the timings are set and cannot be changed. Our drivers are unable to wait for more than a maximum of 5 minutes, as they have additional groups to collect. If you miss the minivan, you will need to organize your own transportation to reach our jetty.
Can you arrange for special food requirements?
Absolutely! Simply inform us of your dietary requirements or any special food preferences, and well promptly provide you with a selection of optional menus.
Can I get a discount?
Our prices are incredibly competitive, reflecting the exceptional level of service we offer, and we do not impose seasonal surcharges. Our pricing remains consistent throughout the year, regardless of the season. Please note that we do not provide additional discounts upon request.

Can I book you for the full moon party nights?
Yes, we offer a scheduled Full Moon Party Cruise to Koh Phangan every month, which is a shared tour open for booking. If you prefer a private Full Moon Party, we can also arrange a private boat charter just for you.
Can I bring alcohol on the boat?
Yes, you can bring your own alcohol on board. However, a corkage and service fee will apply. We also have a fully stocked bar and can provide any beverages you may need.
What kind of Music is played on NautiBeat?

Is there WIFI onboard?
Yes, we provide onboard Wi-Fi through a cellular network. However, coverage may be limited in certain areas, leading to temporary disruptions in service. We appreciate your understanding!
Terms & Conditions
Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and guarantees the availability of the charter.
Non-Refundable Deposit
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of unsuitable weather or sea conditions as outlined below.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to make the balance payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Weather and Sea Conditions
In the event that the weather or sea conditions are deemed unsuitable for sailing, the company will make every effort to offer an alternative date for your charter. This decision is solely at the discretion of the company and not subject to customer preference. If an alternative date cannot be arranged to suit your schedule, a full refund of the deposit and any payments made will be issued.
Route Changes
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, the charter route may be changed without prior notice due to wind, weather, or sea conditions. While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, the safety of our guests is our top priority, and route adjustments may be necessary.
Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please be aware that the deposit will not be refunded. We recommend considering travel insurance to cover any potential losses in the event of unforeseen cancellations.
Cancellation by the Company
If the company needs to cancel the charter for reasons beyond its control (e.g., mechanical failure, crew illness), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
